Cheap Source for Logo Creation?

I have a logo design in mind that I want to personalize. I just need someone to the Photoshop work for me. Is there a service that can customize a logo for me that is relatively cheap?

I did a dgrin search on logo and wasn't able to come up with much.

I've used "The Logo Co." on several occassions and have been quite happy with the results. <$200 if you don't want them to print anything.
