Types of streaming available from SmugMug

Hi,
I am just getting started with media players and I am in the process of playing SmugMug videos in a jwplayer.
Which methods are possible to stream from the SmugMug ? rtmp (my prefered choice)? HTTP Pseudo-Streaming (my next preference)? or is it only http streaming?
