Login issue - losing session

I've had this issue ever since I added a custom domain. The login session is evidently linked to danrode.smugmug.com but I'm typically interacting, updating and testing the site via www.rodephoto.com. It really makes working on the site a pain in the butt.

Is there a way to get my login session associated with my custom domain?

login in at www.smugmug.com - then go to your custom domain, and simply refresh the page. Then you'll be logged in there. Be sure your browser is set to accept 3rd party cookies.

    Thanks Andy,

That's what I did initially but it seems to much less reliable now. Sometimes the refresh works, sometimes is doesn't. The main page works most of the time. When I go to another page, the session gets lost and refreshing the page doesn't help :( This doesn't happen every time, but it's pretty regular.

    Dan,
Are you sure to wait for the page to fully load in your browser before attempting to refresh? Especially if you have a slideshow or lots of javascript customizations, it can take a while for the page to load fully. If you refresh too early it will likely not work. Alternatively you can click through to a regular gallery page (which doesn't have the homepage slideshow) and the page should load faster so you don't have to wait as long for the page to fully load.
