Rogue FlashBenders - Anybody Use These?

I am considering buying one of the Rogue FlashBenders - bounce cards. They have three sizes. If you have not seen them here is a link: ExpoImaging Flashbenders

Has anybody used them and if so what is your opinion of the products?

Also, in your opinion which of three would be a most usable size, whether you have used them or not.

1. "Large Positional Reflector" is 10 inches by 11 inches.
2. "Small Positional Reflector" is 10 inches by 7 inches.
3. "Bendable Bounce Card/Flag" is 5 inches by 9 inches.

Rogue also makes the ExpoDisc white balance filter that I understand is highly rated.

Thank you. I suppose I should have searched Dgrin first as there are a few other posts that mention use of the product. And the link above has a good review on it.

I have the big one and love it. It lives in my camera bag. It has saved my butt many times. It turns your flash into a pretty diffuse light source. I have used it as a big scoop thing the most. It also makes a pretty cool snoot for a very pin point light or can be bent into sort of a light bar.

The Expo disk is also really nice to have if you shoot inside a lot in weird lighting conditions. Lots of people will tell you otherwise, but I think it saves me lots of time for not tons of $$

I have purchased one but have not played with it much. What I have experimented with it has been good. Does add some weight to the outfit. Does well in light distribution. I like the attachment to the flash no sticking extra velcro to get caught up on inside of my camera bag

Lots of great choices. I have seen one of these before and now I just need to pick one and use it.
