- wonderful capture. They seem to clean themselves rather like a cat - lick their legs and then rub them on their body. Either that or the reverse- rub the body and then lick the legs to see if there is anything edible

Yes it was quite intent on cleaning itself and stayed for a while on the fern
Shame about the damage to her eye though. Probably a battle somewhere with an over excited male.
Yeah, I must admit, I specifically, got myself into a bizarre position to get the correct perspective on this little guy for a more environment type shot
