Nikon 14-24 2.8

I really hate to give up this lens, but it's unnecessary for me and needs to go.

$1500 shipped! *SOLD*

Lens is in great condition, other than some scuffing on the front lens cover (seen in pictures below). It comes with both caps. I'm on Nikon Cafe with the same user name.

Would be happy to trade for Nikon 24-70 2.8. :smile:

    Here's one at 2.8 from this weekend, but it's not the greatest 'testing the lens' shot. I'll try to get some better ones tomorrow.

    I'd love to see an unedited photo of a white wall, exposed properly too, if you can.

    I'd be happy to send you any of these raw files - just pm me your email address. :) I'm planning to clean the sensor tonight, so I can send you more test shots with a clean sensor if you'd like. But you can tell from these pictures that the spots are the same with a different lens.

    It's an awesome lens. I reeeealy don't want to sell it, but I need a 24-70. Sometimes primes just don't cut it. :/ I will have this lens again one day, once/if I'm making enough to have both. ;)

    I am leaning towards parting with my 16-35 to pick up the 14-24, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I wish that you lived near me so that I could stop by and take a hands-on look at this lens!

    If nothing else, here's a bump for you ... :D

    While I have no doubts that the lens is superb and well-cared for, I do not have the cash available at this time except if I was to buy it from B&H and use their 'Bill-Me-Later' option. My available cash is being held for my trip to Japan next month.

    I also have the 24-70 (great lens), but am not looking to part with it.
