I just shot my my first water polo shots of the season. I am looking for some input on the sharpness & post processing of the shots. I was concerned about the softness of some recent soccer photos so I adjusted the sharpness to 6 in camera. Any advice is appreciated. I shot these with a Canon 7d w/ a 70-200mm 2.8 non IS.

Great shots. I'm just getting started on here so I'm not going to pretend I am skilled at all. But I played for years and aquatics are my primary focus. While the ball in hand tends to be the most common shot I am finding it turns into the same pic over and over again. I have been trying to get more defense and struggle in the hole position. #2 and 4 are my favorite for the angles. I really have a hard time keeping the background simple and clean. It makes for a better final image. A cool shot you might try is standing behind the cage and get the ball in flight.

Nice shots, thank you. I played Water Polo for 5 years and it nice to see the pictures you have taken.

They look sharp, but my eyes want to look at the eyes of the player and the watermark interferes as it is "in your face" on every shot, so it is difficult to critique the shots.
