Soft boxes

I have photogenic studiomax II and IIIs monolights.

I am interest in a soft box for portraits and for high key shots but I have run in to a dilema about price or size.

I am thinking about a 32" x 48".

You can spend a little or a lot on Soft boxes and was wondering what you guys thought about when selecting a soft box.
