Simple Beach Photos

From a recent trip to the Florida Panhandle. A couple of simple family beach photos. I use ACR and CS5 for processing but am not really comfortable facilitating the stylization or actions used by many in digital processing. Are there any thoughts as to how these photos might be enhanced with stronger post-processing? Thanks!
