Wow! You took a nothing place and made a wonderful photograph. Two things might improve it 1) I would straighten the vertical lines on the right side of the picture. 2) I would get rid of the spot in the middle of the sky on the left. If this is what you do at an crummy place, I would like to see what you do at a beautiful place. Great job!

Nice composition and editing. The tones and shapes play very well together.

Glad you like it Travel! Thanks for your suggestions. The slanted vertical is due to the lens being tilted up, a short focal length, and I was very close to the window. I corrected for lens barrel distortion, but when it came to perspective distortion I thought the pixels had been through enough! :D I can just about live with it.

There is guck on those windows in a few places. I left it all there to add to the general grunge! Those "textures" make more sense when the image is viewed larger. At this size only the more prominent ones stand out (too much).

Thank you very much Islandcrow! Yes it was that playing together - in a minimalist and gritty space - which attracted me. Reminds me of some surrealist pictures. I like that mood.

Ah, Neil, this is one fine shot. The interplay of all the lines, angles, and the multitude of textures, just make this picture captivating. On top of that, you've got a dome that shows up to throw its curves into the mix. Well done, my friend.clap.gifclap
