Photo Plaques

I have been asked by a potential customer to take photos of each foursome at a golf event and to include a photo plaque for each entrant. The photo is to be 4x6 (probably landscape). The plaque needs to have a plate with a couple of lines of engraving.

I have never provided such an item before so I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on where I can get such plaques. I've done an on-online search but didn't see anything that I think will be in this organization's price range (they are non profit - this is a fund raising event).

If anyone has any experience with this I'd appreciate your thoughts.

I've never created such an item, but I've received one at a charity golf tournament that I participated in a few years ago. The plaque was pretty standard - pre-engraved with a plastic holder for a 4x6 photo. The photographer took the shot while we were on the third tee and then printed off the photo onsite while we were on the course and presented the plaque to us at the end of our round. Had one for each person in each of the groups that day.

My advice is to find a local trophy shop and talk to them. I'm guessing such a plaque is a pretty standard item. Mine was wood carved, no idea how much it cost to produce. Good luck.
