Photos missing from gallery.

Help! One of my galleries has lost its photos.

I had about 40 photographs in the gallery- including, for example, this one: http://alexwild.smugmug.com/popular/#1175873810_7MrGx
I was uploading a single photo. It processed. It was keyworded. And when I was captioning it, the program hung while "saving caption." Then I got the SmugMug "down for maintenance" error page, and when it came back up 2 minutes later the galleries contents were entirely wiped.
None of my other galleries appear to be touched.
What's going on?
