bride's event favorites not working properly

just got this email from a bride:

"Jason,
I'm having trouble removing pictures from my favorites list. Some of the pictures I removed last night are still there. I'm clicking the remove from favorites button below the picture. Is there something else I should be doing?

Cassie"


and i went and looked into her gallery, i unfavored one image and it disappeared. then i went back and favored it again. when i did this, it doesn't show up in her favorites, but it does show up w/ the heart filled in when i look at the gallery.

any suggestions as to how i can help her?
