how to make a gallery so anyone can upload into it?

is there anyway i can make a "community" gallery where anyone that i have given permission can upload to it?

Not exactly, but you can use our upload by email feature to have them upload photos to your Email gallery, then you can move the photos to any gallery you wish. http://smu.gs/rmYDv1
