How do I change the default text on the outgoing email when someone registers for their favorites in an event? I understand how to change the text when I manually send an email confirmation from within the 'edit event' window. Does that default text get officially modified when 'Save as Template' is clicked? Or does that only apply to emails sent via the manual tool?

I don't have 'printable' turned on by default, but I would like to use the favorites capability without indicating that they should be able to buy prints right away as the default text indicates.

And on some gallery types, when I do turn on 'printable' I don't offer gift items as the message implies.

I just need to know how to change this permanently to the message of my choice.

I'd like to know the answer to this question as well I see how to edit the text using the manual "email send" option, but I'd like to change the default text... where can this be done?

For the email option to be available, you need at least one registered guest or participant on an event. Then you can click on the email button and adjust the email subjects and messages accordingly. To check your edits, you can use the 'send me a test' button to send yourself an email with the template you created. Once you're happy, you just click on 'save as template' and that should save the email template you created for future guests and participant to that event.
