Friday evening on the island Sveaborg outside Helsinki Finland.

This was my second try at long exposures so feedback is appreciated!

Lovely. I like the unusual inclusion of the leaf.

    Thank you!

Sometimes you have to be lucky when a leaf ends up like that in front of your camera :D.

Apart from the mosquito invasion it was a nice experience.

You have a great eye for composition. thumb.gif These are really great, and the only thing I would recommend is brightening it a notch, if it suits you. Great job!

    Thank you Schmoo!

I think I need to calibrate my monitor as I have noticed that my shots usually look darker on other monitors. Is Spyder a good tool for this? My lcd monitor is also around 6 years old so maybe it is time for an upgrade... Any good monitors you could recommend for PC?

    Thank you Doug!

I have visited your site several times and I was extremely impressed with your high quality work and the atmosphere you manage to bring out in your shots. World class and a real inspiration!
