Wingnut Migration

I was pleasently surprised today by two different migrations! The first was the seldom seen migration of country folk too the city. Here I found a "Iceman" subject taking photos of other migratory subjects...

The second, was the timely migration of some huge Trumpeter Swans heading for the warm south. Wish I could tag along!!

See you all in the springtime...No not you Iceman!! Sheeeesh....country folk are so sensitive!

Cheers, Tony
If a tree falls in the forest...did anyone get a picture of it?

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks so much Harry. We didnt have very good light to work with, and the background of the burbs was less than to be desired, but we had fun.
    Your eagle shots are amazing!!

    Hey Tony

Where did you catch these guys? A few Octobers ago, I was shooting the fall colors by Ft. Edmonton Park. My hubby was with me and did not disturb me to tell me of a huge flock of swans taking flight - they circle like a tornado up off the water. I only saw the very end of their ascent off the riverumph.gif

    Great shots.

    Hi Ann,

I found these swans at Big Lake , just west of St.Albert. A little bit of a hike to get to the good spot, but well worth it. Won't be long before our ground is white!! :yikes

    Cheers, Tony

The offer is open if you would like to all get together for a shoot of some wildlife before it all flys south? Well my wife would find it boring I assume...
