hi all, first post here with some pictures here. I've taken a long sabbatical from my camera for a variety of reasons, mostly because with a 6mo old I'm finding it exceedingly difficult to get out just to shoot, though I have LOTS of pictures of her.
Anyway, in hopes of inspiring a bit more photography, thought I'd post a couple of shots I took one morning on our trip to Carmel, CA. We stayed at a ranch up in the hills. The marine layer was thick the whole time but I did get out one morning, with my daughter strapped in the carrier on my chest, and I snapped a few (I had to be quick, she constantly was looking up and trying to grab my camera).

this one is from my iPhone, I'm just posting it because I love that it had a 1970's look to it without any filters applied, came out like this right out of the camera...
