fixing glare from the sun?

I was photographing my niece's wedding, at 4 in the afternoon. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the glare that is over the 2 men's faces (on the right), and the smaller one at the bottom left. I am still really new with photoshop, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If that was a raw file, in Camera Raw try using the Adjustment Brush to paint some Clarity, Contrast, and maybe a little Saturation into those areas. Clarity helps reduce glare and flare. If it's not raw, then in Photoshop try applying sharpening set to high Radius and low Amount to those areas only, not the entire image; this will require experience with either masking or the History brush.
