Images become reduced after upload..need help!

Hi All,

If anyone can figure this out, I just might do a headstand!
Had this "problem" with smugmug for quite sometime- almost 2 years. Whenever I seem to upload an image to my website, smugmug seems to be reduce the file even more! For instance, here' a link to a file of mine that was orginially 192x275 in pixels dimensions...but after I upload it to my smugmug account, it about 108x153 pixels. http://www.ryanfoto.com/Other/private-Paris-poster/18659487_tQvwzV#1483545911_TNnrNCh

Doesn't make sense why this has been going on. I really need the dimensions to be retained. I've ask this question here before, but no one had a clue.

I just asked the same question a week ago, and was told:

Anything below 400px that is in a gallery that is configured to display less than original size will be shrunk to a thumbnail size. If you want to keep the size, create a new gallery with the size original, and below 400px, it will stay at your size.

Set the gallery to allow originals for such a small image - then view it at Original size:

When I click through to the image in a light box, it seems to show the image with the correct 192x275 dimension. I believe this is the original, so you might have already made that change. Here's a direct link to the image as I see it: http://www.ryanfoto.com/photos/i-TNnrNCh/0/O/i-TNnrNCh.jpg

Sorry for the late reply here. I like to thank everyone for taking the time to reply. much appreciated.
Please bear with me here, maybe I'm totally missing it...but how do we set the gallery to allow original size for such a small images? I have a good hold of smumug, and combed over the gallery settings and can't find any such controls.

The obstacle I'm facing is to make the reduced image appear at it's original size in my concert gallery. see the first image on http://www.ryanfoto.com/gallery/7796860_dfzjL
To expand it back to the original size I intended, I used HTML coding, but now appears very poor quality and quite fuzzy.

Any follow help/feedback would be appreciated!
