Stripping metadata?

I was checking my photos: http://photos.foto-biz.com and I there's no metadata, the only thing left is the copyright.

Gallery settings:

Clean: No:
Camera info:: No:
Filenames: : No:

I set the camera info to no, I thought that this was just the iso, f/stop, speed... It looks like it also strips the description...

1. Is there a way of keeping them?
2. If I want to change the gallery setting, do I need to reload the photos?

I'll have to look into that, because:

http://photos.foto-biz.com/Animals/Downtown-Eastside/16574304_idqdk#1426772085_W2SKXKQ-A-LB has the exif

http://photos.foto-biz.com/Projects/Commercial/18049451_3fR3c9#1476188577_GTQSCFs-A-LB does not have the exif

So it looks like it's my end, I must be doing something. I just need to figure out what.

Then I'm asking the wrong question.

I don't want to display the camera info, but I want to show the description/copyright and keywords inside the JPEG. Is it possible?

If you compare the 2 you can see that mine has: description, title, description writer... All of these and almost all of the rest is missing.

I used the LR publishing service to upload, 1.0.18 with the settings:

Metadata:

Minimize Embedded Data: NOT checkmarked
Write Keywords as Lightroom Hierarchy: NOT checkmarked

Do I have the wrong settings on the gallery, on the publishing service, on the ...
