met up with Ian Clark today, showed him around 2 nature reserves near warrington, had a good day and saw loads of dragonflys

Excellent day Phil. Thanks again for showing me the reserves and I cetainly look forward to meeting up again. Very interesting to see how you do your multiple shots for focus stacking although I must learn where to touch a nettle leaf haha .

The Dragons were certainly compliant in Risley, especially those lovely little females. As expected, the shots here are excellent. We certainly had a few moments of nicer light given how flat it was for much of the time. Love the shot on your finger, I have one of the very same dragon on your finger of course from a different angle

...and Yes, I am a wuss when it comes to spiders taking up residence on my coat and making headway towards my face haha
