Hi,

In lightroom i give my photos keywords before i drag them to the publish service so i have the same keywords in LR and on my website.
Now the problem is that on my website i get extra keywords. The name of the photo become also keywords.
(Example: name of the photo is cannabis corpse @ 013 09092011, keywords in lightroom are cannabis corpse, 013, 2011. Keywords on my website after publishing cannabis corpse, 013, 2011 but also cannabis, corpse, 09092011)
So i tried to republish them without making any changes to see if that might help. And after republish the are indeed correct now (so only cannabis corpse, 013, 2011).

First link is without republish, here you can see the extra keywords (that i do not want/need)
Second link is after a republish (like it should be, changed nothing just republished them).

Am i doing something wrong. I only want the keywords i give in LR to show on my website.
Thanks in advance
Paco

By default, SmugMug will generate keywords based on your image filenames. You can turn off this option by going to the Settings tab in your Control Panel and setting Filename Keywording to Disabled. Once you've done this, try republishing your photos again. This should get them to upload using only your LR keywords, without the extra filename keywords :-)
