Black Crowned Night Heron?

You guys and gals seem to like the bird shots in this forum so I'm gonna throw one in here which I took at one of my favourite hangouts, the Experimental farm in Ottawa. I saw this heron hanging it in one of the ponds. Pretty sure it's a black crowned night heron but correct me if I'm wrong. First and last time I saw it....

    Man, I hate working on the laptop!! Need a bigger keyboard or perhaps smaller fingers.... Here's the other one I meant to attach....

    Personally, I think the first one I posted was the best of the three... I had to do some sharpening on this one....
