Very interesting series, Liz. I want badly to make a comment about # 2.....but I'm afraid to. Has something to do about which balls are causing the one guy's anguish.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

#2 is funny. Was there any way to shoot without that fence in the way? It bothers me some. I have to say I don't think these are up to your usual standard. The expressions are good, but the light is flat and the last two look soft to me. The good news is that these guys are probably out there every week at the same time, so you can always try again.

    Thanks Don,
It was a fun few minutes spent w/ some Italian gentlemen. I just wanted to document and share the game of Bocce ball and some of the players.

    Hi Richard,
I could have shot without the fence in the way by getting closer. Some of the players were very very friendly, but one guy in particular did not like my presence there, so I chose to stay behind the fencing.

    I like the expressions msyelf.

About the flat light--see what happens when I deviate from my high contrast?
I will likely pay a few more visits and hope I get better shots, I do agree they are not great shots, just a fun series for me, to show a little of my neighborhood.
