WTH is wrong with my printer!!! help!

Recently my HP photosmart 7960 has developed an anoying problem..... its printing sheet after sheet of a single nonesense line!

the line always has the same letters in it... USBC... and before and after that is always some symbols like a heart, smilie, arrows or other such stuff.

it'll keep printing sheet after sheet with this one line until it runs out of paper, I turn it off or I hit the cancel button on the printer.

there is no print que icon on my taskbar!

This happens every time my pc gets rebooted now

anyone got any clues?

    Does your printer or printer driver settings have a "text" mode or anything like that? It might be interpreting an image stream as text and trying to print it... ne_nau.gif
