Visit from a Dragonfly

I noticed this dragonfly resting atop a Sheppard’s hook located in my wildflower garden. Using a Canon T1i and a Canon EF f/1:4-5.6 USM 75-300mm lens I started shooting from about 30 feet. After several shots I would inch a bit closer making sure not to disrupt the dragons resting period. Thanks for Looking! Comments/Critiques Encouraged!

very nice, shot a few similar sitting on barbed wire recently , would have been better facing the dragon
