Using Sub-categories causes galleries to disappear

On my site, I have the standard category for "Sports". I noticed earlier today that one of the galleries was missing. I could not find it anywhere on my site but remembered I'd sent an email with a link to that gallery a few weeks ago. I found that link and I could view the gallery, but when I looked in the Sports category it did not show up. Since that gallery had been created I had created some sub-categories in sports. It appears that any gallery that I hadn't assigned to a sub-category in "Sports" is not showing. I just created a gallery called "Crazy Bug" in the sports category and added a photo to it, but when I view "Sports" there is no such gallery listed. However, clicking the link http://offcamber.smugmug.com/Sports/Crazy-Bug takes me to the gallery. My concern is that I may have numerous galleries that I have "lost" because they aren't showing up. How can I verify that this isn't happening within my other categories and how can I get them back?
Thanks,
Bob

If I look at your site for that Crazy-Bug gallery, this is what I see:

Which is where it should be as a gallery within the Sports category and not a sub-category of sports. Is that it or am I missing something?

That is strange for sure. I'm not sure if updating will clear you cache and cookies, it usually doesn't so please make sure to give that a go. If you are still having issues, please let me know the OS and the version of the browser your are using and I will try to replicate that on my various testing platforms.
