If I upload a full resolution photo and let a customer download it, will it be the same quality as if I placed it on a CD?

Hi George,

If you let them purchase it, you can limit the resolution to either web sized, 1MP or 4MP. If you let them download it through the flyout menu like you see here:

they will download the original sized image. If you want them to just be able to download it, make sure you have 'Original' enabled as the largest viewing size in the Gallery Settings and that you don't have Right Click Protection turned on. You can also look into adding this code to your site to make a neat little 'Download Image' button: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=118772

If you allow them to download the Original, it will be bit-by-bit the exact same image you would give them on a CD, unless it was rotated in SM. I've verified this with well over 200k images.
