Spotted a moth outside the kitchen window stuck in a spider's web the other night just as I was going to bed. Feeling sorry for it I got it out of the web but kept it inside under a glass with a little water and honey overnight.
When i checked the moth the following morning, it was alive but the glass was covered in white specks. Found out what they were when I went to photograph the moth - eggs !
Anyway the glass and moth are now both outside.
All shots focus stacked using zerene stacker

Phil did try a quick 5X shot of the eggs but they didn't look as good as the ones in the last shot taken at 4X FF.
Ian - no idea on the eggs but have left the glass in a fairly sheltered spot amongst some plants near our French Windows

If I post it, please tell me how to make it better. My fragile ego can take it.
