Remove right-click protection cleared out password on galleries

Hi. I removed right-click protection on a lot of my galleries and surprisingly all these galleries had their password protection removed.

I selected "Multiple Galleries" on the "Gallery Settings page" and ticked the box for "Protected" and set the "No" radiobutton. Then clicked "Save".

Is this a expected behaviour or a bug ?
