No need for a title. But a crop might be in order - maybe an inch off the bottom and up the left side to maintain proportions, bring it all closer, but maintain all the elements. Just sayin'
I agree with Richard, especially about the "little less centered." The gal needs more space on the right to walk into. The arrow, of course, is critical, so if you crop you'll have to leave it alone. But a crop? I don't see how you can avoid having the picture end up as a vertical if you give her much more space on the right. Even as a square you're going to have to remove some of the important overhead wires. The problem is that this picture cries out to be a horizontal. It's pretty darn good as it is, Ben. I'd vote for leaving it alone.
