Squirreltography

While I know it's not the greatest quality shot -- you should see the original file, looks like a black surface someone sneezed on -- I thought it was a neat squirrel-moment. I know Scott has a MUCH nicer shot of a tree rat he took that he might want to show off here, but for now, here's my try. I just liked his pose.

1/640, ISO 400, f5.6, 292mm effective.

    Naw, this one trumps most of my recent attempts. The only time i've had better squirreltographies, was with the *istDS and the 70-300 I borrowed...

    Maybe it's time for me to buy a 70-300 USM...

    ... Back to your photo, I love the contrast, the highlights on the fur, and most definitely the saturation of the leaves.
