Actually I think it's that synthetic slime that the children buy in the dollar store. I happened on this in a supermarket parking lot and I thought it was too funny but it has been brought to my attention the perhaps not many people share my off the wall sense of humor. And also perhaps the humorous intent of this shot could be misunderstood and cause offence.

I sincerely appologize if that is the case. I am disableing the image link and perhaps the thread should be put to bed if anyone knows how to make that happen.

OH NOOOO!!! I wasn't offended at all Bob, I thought it was funny too, I was just goofin' around wid ya that's all! I'm sorry if I came off like I wasn't amused by it, because I have a pretty sick sense of humor too. I think it's pretty darn funny that you would think to snap a pic of it!! I hope you aren't upset, you should win the prize if we ever have a challenge for sick sense of humor stuff! Altho, I have a feeling there would be a lot of people giving you competition including me!!

No Lin it wasn't you who left me with that impression, it was my wife and she's right. There are wierdo's like you and me but most people are pretty normal and the humor behind that shot is definitely not normal Now that I've been given some time to think about I can see that there are some who would be really grossed out. And I've met some really good people and superb photog's here, I wouldn't want to run any risk of jeorpadizing that.... not even for a hillarious picture. Photography wise, it's really out of character for me anyway. My Passion is landscapes and nature (wildlife if I'm lucky) and what I like to call microscapes ... i.e. a little piece of a bigger picture. Here's an example ...

I've had this image up on another board before but it's all I have right now that's been resized small enough to illustrate my point.

Thankyou for making us feel welcome. Everbody here has been great ... even on the whipping post.
