using BlackRapid strap with camdapter and hand strap?

First, let me start off by saying that I love my BlackRapid RS-7 strap. It is way better than the original Canon neck strap.

However, I also love my Canon E-1 hand strap that is connected to my battery grip.

I wanted to lighten my load and sans the battery grip. I also wanted to have the Manfrotto plate on the bottom so I got a camdapter as many recommended. So now, my camera has the E1 strap attached to the camdapter. And I love it but sometimes I do miss the vertical grip.

BUT ... now how do you connect the camera to the BlackRapid? Any suggestions?

Looks like a small carabiner..but they talk about screwing a lug into the camera..?

i dont know the setup you have, but optek sells different loops, i have been using the #7 (i think) with my fake QRS for a few months now. I have the nikon hand grip with the AR plate.
