Order Hasn't Shipped

I have an order (#2458859) that has been in "Processing and Printing" for about a week.
This past Wednesday I contacted support about it via email and they told me to wait one more day.
On Thursday at 15:39 Pacific Time this order was still in this same status so I emailed support again. This time they ignored me as I have not heard from them
Now, 24 hours later, this order is still in this status.
Is there someone here who can help?

Sorry for any confusion. We'll look into the reason the order doesn't display the shipped information. It did ship, and the USPS tracking indicates it was delivered yesterday, at 2:20 PM.
Your most recent email request was the one where our hero, Samuel asked you to wait a day. I'll reply to you in that one, and give you the tracking number for your order.
We do appreciate guys like you who follow up on your customers' orders. If your customer has not received the order, as USPS shows, please let us know. I'll explain all of that in my email, okay?
