Used Camera Warranty

Does anyone know of any kind of warranty that you can get for a purchase of a used camera? (Ex. I buy a camera from Joe here on dgrin and the manufacturer's warranty period is expired).

    Some camera makers have 1 year warranty and take your word for it when you take it to them if it is a new camera.

    Some places have 14 days.

    It pays to ask.
