I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread for links to Photoshop related sites. I know that there are threads with links in them, but having all the links in one place might prove to be a handy thing.

So here goes (in no particular order):

  • Photoshopcafe.com - run by Colin Smith. Colin is a master of using Photoshop to create photorealistic images. The site features tons of tutorials written by Colin.
  • ActionFX.com - run by Al Ward. Lots of great information on Actions in Photoshop. Over 50 free Actions available for download. Members of the site and get access to over 300 downloadable actions.
  • PlanetPhotoshop.com - another site with lots of tips and tutorials.
  • Adobe Studio - run by Adobe. All kinds of tips and tutorials, forums, an exchange for Actions, layer styles, etc... and more.
  • NAPP - National Association of Photoshop Professionals. You have to join NAPP to get access to all the goodies on the site, but membership also gets you a subscription to Photoshop User magazine, and a bunch of discounts from various vendors.
If you have some other Photoshop related links that you like, please post them here!

-Eric

Dan Margulis is my color correction guru (don't judge him by my results). His site is here.
    If not now, when?

Cletus thanks so much, great links. I'm looking for a really good (easy) tutorial on Layer Masks.. I think I have a mental block. I found them difficult to deal with in the early ps learning curve and it's stuck and now I'm having trouble I think.
    Thanks in advance

    Lynn,

I still have yet to find a good easy tutorial on Layer Masks. Maybe I can try to create one for you. If I can it might make for a good Photoshop Assignment.
