Right click protect feature doesnt work - someone has used my photos

I was purusing the referrers tab in my stats to find many hits from strange sources. I thought I'd check a few out and found that in one case a person had used one of my photos in their blog. While I should take it as a compliment, I'm not at all pleased that they have found a way to bypass the right-click protect feature. While I don't think the photo was used for anyone's gain, I'd be further annoyed if they were. I don't feel that my stuff is good enough to be watermarked at this time nor do I like the look. I don't want to have my page full of private galleries or viewable in a small sizes only either, so I'm not sure what else I can do to prevent this.
I guess my question is; what good is a right-click protection feature if there is no security in it?

To prevent ANYONE from embedding an image, you need to set external links to NO in the gallery settings.
To really protect your images, you need to watermark them. If someone can view the photos in their browser, they can copy them. There is NO protection that can prevent screen captures.
