And since I could only link one Asian picture in my last thread, here's one from Can Tho, Vietnam during that war. It's a bit cleaner than the Korean one.

    I love this shot! It captures the hustle-bustle of the market/street that characterizes so many "less modernized" countries. That this is from '65 gives me a moment's pause. Also like: kid smiling, woman looking, and the Air France bag reminders of the French "presence" there.

    Also, this shot makes a tremendous contrast with your "Korea 1953" post which has a much more depressing feel to it.
