Home page slideshow?

Sorry if this has already been covered. Rather new to SmugMug. Is there a way to have a slide show of images automatically run on my home page? Some people will never make it past the 1st page that loads on my web site and I would like to have a sampling of my work fade in and out before them on something like a two second interval. Is this possible and if so, where does a non-techie like me get started? Sorry but please don't suggest hiring a SmugMug Professional Web Designer. Been there - done that and left with a deep hole in my pocket and very disappointed.

Do you mean on your SmugMug homepage? Just enable the slideshow box via the 'homepage layout' button on your homepage. In the slideshow settings at the top left of the box you can choose the source for your slideshow along with some other settings.

If you wish to embed a gallery slideshow into another site, go to the gallery in question and from the share button pick the show off feature. It'll allow you to generate slideshow code to be used in any site that supports html embeds. Details on the feature can be found here:
