Fog, sun, forest, meadows

Well, I might be biased, but I think Slovenia is beautiful. I have explored some out of the way places recently, and all I can do is :clap.

The following photos were taken one morning on a plateau surrounded by valleys, which were full of fog that day, while up there you could hardly say it was mid October.

On the way up to the plateau, the road passed through some woods which were far from turning fall colors:





The views on top were wonderful, but there was already a lot of haze:






On the rim of the plateau:





On the way back to the valley, I sank into the fog again:

This shot could have been taken in the state of Tennessee! Very similar landscape, and both very beautiful.
