I'm also really digging your processing - looks like you've adapted your style a bit since last year, and I likeeeey. I particularly like what you did on 4 (recipe?). Also, definitely seeing some Ted (moogle pepper) action in your work these days - getaload of all these stealth shots with foreground objects cleverly framing with blur!
my only nit is #3, try a crop with the top of the arch inccluded if you can. it may help to "frame" the couple.

I agree with you Qarik on 3. I shot a few of those and will work on the others soon to get a more complete look. I wanted them to have one early that was traditional and this was easiest to work up. As for 4 Diva, it all started with light streaming through and reflecting off of green leaves from the vines, and then there are little bits of some tra actions the main one being pool party. Almost exactly the same as 2, 9 and 10. 2 I was shooting though some purple flowers that were blowing in the wind. That is what gives that one a purple hue and also what makes the chairs in the foreground show motion and the main subjects not. Interesting phenomenon on that one imho. that was the only frame I took through those flowers and I am kicking myself because I love how it so gently toned the photo.

I did indeed notice the Tedness of being in the last set, I just didn't have a chance to comment (and why I mentinoed it here). Good stuff (you AND Ted) - those "masked" shots are a really cool effect when they nail the emotion as well the way you guys do
On a different note... I realized that I didn't say this was a Friday wedding, and it was last Friday at that. I put these and a few more in a preview gallery for my clients about 48 hrs after the event, and this is the response I got. Not to Diva nec., but to anyone like me who is always trying to get more business, then you should do this. Just pick some faves and spend a part of a day right after your shoot to hook them up. The response is always like this, and people flip to see something like this 2 days after the wedding. It is unheard of really, isn't it? Makes them real easy to get along with if you know it will be awhile before they get the full set. It is a link so it attracts a lot of traffic to my site, and a lot of attention to me and my business from potential clients. Just saying...

I like your work on this one, including post processing. I also dig #3, however gentleman on the right keeps drawing my attention. Actually the back of his head:) Not much you can do though. I mentioned I like your processing, but I wonder how much extra work you will have when they order an album with images that have variety of finishes? I did one of my weddings with 10 or so different finishes and when it came to making an album I had to reprocess a lot of them for pages to work. A lot of extra work.

I have to agree with Matt - a few teasers sent out within 24hrs really gets people going! I do this with my headshot sessions, since I don't send them home with a disk (I tend to overshoot, and like to cull them myself): I pick one or two that really jump out at me, edit, retouch and send it out same day or next day while I get on prepping the proofs to have them uploaded within the 2 weeks I have written into my contract (it usually doesn't take me more than a couple of days, but I like knowing I have the extra time when I need it!). Not only do people get excited about seeing some of the images right away, but it also IMO sends the message "I'm putting extra time and attention into your shoot, and you didn't just stop being important to me the minute you stepped outside the studio".
Thanks for the comments BSP. I know what you are saying with the processing and when doing books I often reprocess images. I don't make an album part of my standard package so people have the option of doing whatever they want in that regard, but I don't give up my raw files so if they want that type of an album they need to come back to me. I do my processing in steps starting with bridge and then ACR and then Photoshop. I save my xmp files and all my raw files so it takes just a few minutes to get back to the step right before photoshop which is simply a properly exposed and white balance adjusted image. Most of what I do in PS other than cropping is action based so recreating an effect isn't so tough either. Great observation, though to me personally it isn't really a disadvantage and my clients love the different processing techniques I use in their sets.
