Wow! Love the fourth, Lynn. And that shot in post #2 is a killer, too.

Great job with the looking up shot, I'm a sucker for those types of shots and the fall colors and blue sky make it all the better

Nice series, I really like your fourth and your last shot. the mountains in the background are fantastic. Where were these last shots taken if you don't mind?

Gorgeous shots, you captured Colorado very well. I'm with Chris on the looking up shot, but I think my favorite is the cabin surrounded by aspens. Has a very old-western feel to it.

Thanks all, I've had fun taking these. Now the rain has come and the cold and we move on to Utah. The cabin shot was taken on the Owl Creek Pass road, near Ridgway Co. Ridgway is between Montrose and Telluride. It's a dirt road which loops for about three hours. The other shots were Last Dollar rd, and country rd 5 Ridgway. This is a great area for Aspens if you don't mind four wheeling in your best tow vehicle eek7.gif

Good for you. These came out really nice. Beautiful country.
Maybe just a smidge more black point/contrast would make that color pop even a bit more.....but very nice as presented.
    Glad you beat the rains.

    Yeowzers! These are gorgeous!

Be ready for snow is what I heard on the weather report today. Maybe as much as a foot in places--yah. In October!

thanks all, thanks cornflake. We actually drove 2,500 miles to be here. Why sit in Massachusetts when you could be slogging up a mud path taking pictures of Aspens clap.gif
