I need to be able to allow a client to download from multiple galleries that I already have for free. I was able to create a coupon for 100% off, but that requires them to enter all of their details every time, which is no optimal. It also looks like you can't copy galleries. It seems the best option would be to make a copy of the gallery a hidden gallery and provide them the link. Anyone have any better ideas? I'd prefer to not uncheck the copy protection globally.

    Hi

    You have a few options.

    1. At Cost Coupon - since your cost is $0 for digital files, giving the customer an at cost coupon and pricing gallery downloads for them would work. They can put multiple galleries into their cart on one order, rather than ordering them separately.

    2. Print Credit for the value of the total of the gallery downloads they need. This protects the value of your work (i.e. doesn't show your cost to the customer).

    3. Use the owner download all tool to generate a zip file, and then email the customer that file.

    Ann,

Yeah, I was thinking I'd probably have to do this with coupons. The problem is that every time they need to download a file, they have to fill out all of the customer info and credit card info. If they cost is $0, they shouldn't have to provide a credit card you'd think. Is there a way they can basically log in and have it remember their info? Am I missing something?

    Thanks!

Hi - sorry but the cart doesn't work that way at this time. We don't store the client information. But if the client is wanting single files then the easiest way to get them to him is allowing them to download directly out of the gallery. Make the gallery password protected and leave image protection off. They can save originals directly that way.

If you have two types of customers for the images (paying/non paying) then you will need to go the coupon route for the non paying customer.
