Have you performed a few Random Acts of Parenting today?
Phil (goldenorfe). Excellently done mate. Great detail. Your control over the MPE-65 handheld is fantastic. I have a couple of shots of the very same bee that I haven't looked at fully yet. Not a patch on yours of course . Mind you I recall holding that nettle leaf in the wrong place. /forehead slap.

I dont get this much mag with 3 ET's stacked together on my 100 mm macro lens (which makes it somewhere around 2x mag?)
Short of buying the Mp-E 65mm, what can I do to increase mag? Lens stacking? I saw a pic from LordV where I thought he had a small device attached on the lens cap (a microscope?)
Please tell me before I start crying & pleading......
Mebbe I should put this on a separate thread.......
Think it is a sweat bee - possibly Lasioglossum sp.
