order placed--can I change prices??

I offered a friend a discount for ordering through my site. I set the prices that I wanted, but somehow they were changed to my full prices since then. (not sure what happened there) She placed an order, but paid a lot more than I had promised her. Is there any way to refund some $ to her, without having to send her a personal check?? :dunno
Some people might say not to worry about it since she went ahead an paid already, but I don't feel right about it.

Prices can't be changed after the fact, but if you'll email us at the help desk, we can probably help you get this squared away. Just be sure to include the order number, in your email. These things are best handled that way.

Another way to handle something like this is to offer a print credit. This will not only be good for your customer, but will encourage another purchase.
