Brought tears to our eyes the evening we saw this. I wanted to go up and talk to this man, but didn't. Thought I would be disturbing him. Even taking these photos I felt I was infringing on his privacy.

Since I've taken these I've been back many times and haven't seen him out there. Hopefully I will before winter comes so I can talk with him.

    Howdy Mary,

What a great capture that first image is.

    Very well seen and captured.

Love is Never Ending, I guess
this Man is the perfect example.

I am sure he's at Peace when
    he's near his Loved One.
    Take care,

Love is never ending for this man. This is a good example of it. Poor guy ... just broke our hearts.

Happy to hear you like the first one.

Thanks for taking the time to comment :D

The lighting on the first one is just perfect - a poignant moment well captured.

Very good set, Mary. The first one is powerful, but I didn't realize it was a cemetery till I looked at #3. Guess I'm a little slow sometimes.

Very powerful and beautiful. It shows his love and dedication for sure! I hope you will be able to talk with him. If I were his daughter/son I would love to have that photo one day!

Yes the lighting was perfect. The sun was setting and glowing through the opening of some trees. While the color version looks ok I thought BW added more feeling to it.

Glad you enjoyed it .. thanks for commenting :D

No your not slow :D Sometimes one sees the subject and eyes don't move beyond. That's good too as it lets me know the subject was holding the viewer :D

Glad to hear you thought it was a good set of photos. I've had these sitting for awhile waiting till I knew what I wanted to do with them or if I even wanted to process them.

Thanks Richard for your comments :D

    Hi Eia ...

I do hope I get to see him again. Don't know how I'll approach him on the fact I took his photo. I'm not good at stuff like that. But I will be having one printed out and ready for when I do see him. Have seen a younger man there in that area so it might of been his son. Will be keeping an eye out tho since I'm out there so often.

Me too ... I would love a photo if that was my father sitting here.

Thank you for commenting Eia .. :D
