Site Settings Changed For Unknown Reasons

This is the second time that a major setting with my website has occurred, but not due to changes that I have made. I am not sure what it happening, but it this is a real problem for me.
First, all of my pricing was erased, and then it defaulted to a setting which allowed customers to order prints at my cost through a vendor that I had not chosen. Has anyone noticed anything weird happening along these line too, where settings were changed?
This time, under my Portfolio page, the link to all of my galleries is gone. Not sure why, but a very old setting from when the site was under construction is now present.
Any thoughts?

I always go check the pricing in the new gallery, because I've been burned before. A couple of days later I see a customer buying prints at cost, but paying retail for the downloads. I check the pricing in the new gallery again, and see prints at cost, but downloads and merch and my markup. I cancel the order, but they've already got the downloads, and don't re-submit the order. For the record, I think smugmug left my profit intact, in other words, I think I get paid anyway (as best I can tell). So there's that, at least.
Smugmug swears it was pilot error on my part, but I beg to differ. No way to prove it, so what can I do, other than cancel the order, and explain to the customer there was a mistake. Bad PR for me, since smugmug never offers the customer a mea culpa. Even if they did, the customer doesn't care--they just see me cancelling the great deal they though they had and then they go away bitter, never to return (with their free downloads).
