Adding images to existing order

I have a customer that forgot to add an image to an order. When she went to place another order, she has to pay for separate shipping. Is there any way to avoid having to pay for shipping twice? Can i add the photo to her existing order? What can I do?

    Send an email to our help desk - we take care of ordering issues there :). Make sure to include the customer name and order number in the email.
